AutoAssistPro is an AI-powered customer service and appointment scheduling platform. We provide a chat widget that can be embedded on your website, along with a dashboard for managing appointments, customers, and business settings.
During the Beta Founders program, you receive early access to features that are still being refined. Beta features may be modified, improved, or occasionally have bugs. We actively work on improvements based on founder feedback.
We target 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Unplanned outages will be addressed with priority and communicated through our status page.
Our AI assistant is designed to help automate customer interactions. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally require correction. You remain responsible for reviewing and configuring your AI assistant's behavior.
Beta Founders receive a locked rate of $279/month for 12 months. After the initial 12-month period, pricing converts to $399/month on a month-to-month basis unless you cancel.
The standard $2,000 setup fee is waived for Beta Founders. This includes initial configuration, AI training with your business information, and dedicated onboarding support.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We accept major credit cards and ACH payments. All prices are in USD. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. Refunds after 30 days are provided at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate business information for AI training and configuration. Inaccurate information may affect the quality of AI responses and customer experience.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of AutoAssistPro complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including data protection and consumer protection laws.
When your customers interact with the chat widget, you are the data controller for their information. You must have appropriate privacy policies and consent mechanisms in place.
You may not use AutoAssistPro for any illegal purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate applicable laws.
You may not configure the AI to generate harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content. This includes hate speech, harassment, or deceptive practices.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse our systems. Automated scraping, excessive API calls beyond your plan limits, or attempts to circumvent security measures are prohibited.
You may not use AutoAssistPro to impersonate another business, person, or entity. Your AI assistant should clearly identify itself as an automated system when appropriate.
You retain full ownership of your business data, customer information, and conversation logs. We process this data solely to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
AutoAssistPro, including our software, AI models, designs, and documentation, is owned by Accelerate AI. You receive a license to use the platform for your business during your subscription.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the platform may be used by us to improve our services without obligation or compensation.
Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be deleted from our systems except where retention is required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. We will provide notice except in cases of severe violations or legal requirements.
Upon termination, your access to the platform ends and the chat widget will stop functioning. You should remove the widget code from your website and export any needed data before termination.
Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accelerate AI's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
AutoAssistPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all your specific requirements.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in a mutually agreed location or virtually.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
